Teacher/Worker Annual Recommitment & Forms

Thank you for serving the children and families of our church. We thank God for His work in your life through Jesus Christ and your faithful, joyful service! At the beginning of each school year we ask all volunteers to re-read the Public Ministry Policy, Statement of Faith, and Elder Position Statements, even if you read them recently.
Please read the Public Ministry Policy, Statement of Faith and Elder Position Statements, indicating so by completing the following Annual Recommitment form (first & last name and email address), no later than Saturday, September 30. Please contact your ministry leader or Clint Antholz (Associate Pastor) for clarification.
